El trekking por las cascadas de Tamarin fue una experiencia espectacular. Es cierto que el recorrido es bastante exigente, con constantes subidas y bajadas, y hay tramos en los que tienes que ayudarte de los árboles y las rocas para avanzar. Es importante ir bien equipado, especialmente con calzado cerrado y con buen agarre, y caminar con cuidado para evitar resbalones. Nuestra guía, Eliza, estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros durante todo el recorrido. Nos ayudó en los tramos más complicados y nos fue dando recomendaciones para avanzar de forma más segura. A pesar del esfuerzo, merece totalmente la pena. El entorno natural es precioso y poder disfrutar de las cascadas y de la vegetación durante todo el recorrido hace que la experiencia sea muy gratificante.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience hiking the 7 Cascades with Yanature. The scenery is breathtaking — lush green valleys, waterfalls, natural pools and spectacular views at every turn. A very special thank you to our guide, Christophe. He was professional, attentive, friendly and made us feel safe throughout the entire hike. He guided us confidently through the more challenging parts of the trail and, along the way, shared interesting stories about the history and geography of the area, which made the experience even richer. He also took the time to take photos of us in some of the most beautiful spots, so we came home not only with wonderful memories but also with lovely photographs of the day. It was the perfect combination of adventure, nature and discovery, and such a beautiful way to experience a wilder side of Mauritius. I would wholeheartedly recommend Yanature, and especially Christophe, to anyone planning to explore the 7 Cascades. Thank you for an unforgettable day!

We had a great time in the hike! We were a family of 5, with three children aged 9, 13 and 14. The trail is steep in places - you need to use your hands to hold on to rocks and roots - but is definitely doable as long as you’re steady on your feet and reasonably fit. My kids loved it! Paj was a great guide - keeping us safe and making sure everyone was comfortable and happy. As everyone says, wear trainers with some grip, take cossies and a towel, water and also ideally a nice snack to eat by the last swimming pool. Thanks Paj for a lovely trip!
